Let’s better understand Light Therapy and how it is frequently used.

There is a plethora of terminology to describe using light for therapeutic purposes.  Terms like low-level laser therapy, low-level light therapy, light-emiting diode (LED) therapy, and many others have now been generally adopted into a term “Photobiomodulation Therapy”, or PBMT.

Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) refers to using therapeutic light to enhance positive biological responses in your cells, including increased circulation and increased energy.  This remarkable non-invasive treatment modality has great potential to decrease inflammation and support enhanced healing and general health.
