HOLLY MOORE, N.P.C.

Holly Moore, NP-C was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. After graduating as a registered nurse in 2004 she obtained a Bachelors of Science in nursing from Lewis Clark State College. She attended Indiana State University for graduate school where she obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009. She worked in primary care and internal medicine before joining CDA Spine and Brain in 2012.  Holly specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a multitude of cervical and lumbar spine issues. She has a keen understanding of the nonoperative and operative methods available to treat disorders of the spine.  She works closely with Dr. Larson in treating patients of Coeur d’Alene Spine and Brain.  In addition to working within the specialty of neurosurgery, she enjoys running, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 3 children.  Holly has an amazing understanding of spine anatomy as it may relate you your condition.  Be confident that an evaluation by Holly will be thorough, accurate, and likely the start of your pathway to treatment.

ANNETTE ASPER, D.N.P.

Annette has 17 years of orthopedic experience. She worked at Kootenai Health on the orthopedic and neurosurgical floor as charge nurse as well as a hospital supervisor. She has worked in a general orthopedic practice as a DNP in a primary care role with a multidisciplinary team and provided community based care for musculo-skeletal diseases. Annette also worked with a board-certified hand and plastic surgeon fort three years and joined Dr. Larson’s team in April 2019. She is excited to provide high quality care for disorders of the spine and works in close collaboration with Dr. Larson and his team. In addition to this she is also adjunct faculty and a lecturer at Gonzaga University since 2012 for family nurse practitioners.

Annette received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Lewis Clark State College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where she served as the nursing representative to the College’s associated students. She earned her masters degree in nursing with the focus on family practice from Gonzaga University in Washington. She is a Jonas scholar and pursued her doctoral nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University, Kentucky. She graduated summa cum laude in 2013. Her capstone project focused on identifying and developing curricula for primary healthcare providers focusing on primary care of musculoskeletal diseases.

In her free time Annette enjoys the outdoors, sports,cooking and spending time with her three daughters and husband.
