Dr. Jeffrey Larson, M.D.

Dr. Larson earned his BS undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Michigan, followed by a MS Master of Science degree in Molecular Genetics from Wayne State University.  He earned his MD medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then completed his Surgical Internship and Neurosurgery Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Mayfield Clinic.  Dr. Larson has authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles and holds multiple patents for minimally invasive spine surgery technologies and medical devices.  Notable amongst inventions is a minimally invasive spine fusion technique now employed across the globe, and a recently released cervical fusion device with potential to significantly decrease the need for revision surgeries. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Larson not only teaches advanced surgical techniques, but he remains a student of new innovations and technologies. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Larson enjoys time with his family, adventure sports snow skiing, water skiing, endurance sports, cooking, theater, and aviation.

HOLLY MOORE, N.P.C.

Holly Moore, NP-C was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. After graduating as a registered nurse in 2004 she obtained a Bachelors of Science in nursing from Lewis Clark State College. She attended Indiana State University for graduate school where she obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2009. She worked in primary care and internal medicine before joining CDA Spine and Brain in 2012.  Holly specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a multitude of cervical and lumbar spine issues. She has a keen understanding of the nonoperative and operative methods available to treat disorders of the spine.  She works closely with Dr. Larson in treating patients of Coeur d’Alene Spine and Brain.  In addition to working within the specialty of neurosurgery, she enjoys running, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and 3 children.  Holly has an amazing understanding of spine anatomy as it may relate you your condition.  Be confident that an evaluation by Holly will be thorough, accurate, and likely the start of your pathway to treatment.
