Jeffrey Larson, M.D. and CDA Spine and Brain are growing and looking for motivated professionals to help us provide our neurosurgery and functional/regenerative medicine services!

CDA Spine and Brain, the neurosurgery and spine practice of Dr. Larson, is seeking a full time professional and motivated Patient Care Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible to schedule and welcome patients to the clinic, and to ensure that CDA Spine and Brain’s standards of excellence are carried over into every patient interaction, whether in person or over the phone.

As Patient Care Receptionist you will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating the patient’s clinic visit, obtaining patients intake information and payment for services, checking patients in and out of appointments, answering phone calls, verifying medical insurance benefits, medical records and providing communication support with clients and providers through electronic medical records, text, social media, and email. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be the first point of contact, and the interface between the patient and Dr. Larson and his providers and will need to effortlessly demonstrate situational awareness to help enhance this experience in this fantastic environment. Prior experience in reception and medical office is required to establish this quality.
Dr. Larson is a leader in minimally invasive spine surgery and outpatient spine surgery. CDA Spine and Brain is the longest standing Neurosurgery and Spine Clinic in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to work independently as well as with the CDA Spine and Brain team, and will be enthusiastic about delivering unparalleled CDA Spine and Brain patient care.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years administrative assistant or reception experience, or 2 years of college
